Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with front-end web development (React or similar).
- Solid, hands-on experience with Power BI report and dashboard delivery.
- Working knowledge of the Power BI data layer, including semantic models, DAX, and Power Query/M.
- Proficiency in SQL.
- Comfort learning and owning existing Python-based deployment/automation code.
- Strong written and spoken English fluency for technical and non-technical collaboration.
- Experience partnering with cross-functional or client-facing teams.
- Strong eye for design and usability.
Responsibilities
- Build and improve user interfaces for internal tools.
- Take full ownership of Power BI report and dashboard delivery.
- Manage and evolve the report-deployment process.
- Collaborate with engineering and client-facing teams to ensure accurate data surfacing.
- Improve existing platform robustness by reducing manual steps.
- Develop and document standard measures, naming conventions, and reporting templates.
