Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in IT engineering, systems administration, IT operations, or MSP roles.
- Demonstrable experience with automation scripting using Python, Go, JS, or Bash.
- Hands-on experience managing production workloads on a public cloud (GCP preferred).
- Strong Linux/Unix fundamentals.
- Experience administering identity platforms like Google Workspace and multi-SaaS stacks.
- Solid experience with Git/GitHub and CI/CD concepts.
- Excellent written English communication skills.
- Process-oriented mindset with a documentation-first approach.
- Comfortable using AI-assisted tooling.
- Experience with Terraform/IaC, Cloudflare, and compliance frameworks like SOC2 is a plus.
- Curiosity or experience with Web3/blockchain operations.
Responsibilities
- Respond to and resolve daily team support requests from Slack and ticketing systems.
- Manage user access, identity, onboarding, and offboarding across SaaS platforms like Google Workspace, GitHub, and Notion.
- Automate internal processes using Terraform, Python scripts, API integrations, and Slack workflows.
- Support security operations, including hardware key setup and access reviews.
- Execute deployments and maintain GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines.
- Operate and manage cloud infrastructure including GCP and Cloudflare.
- Create and maintain operational documentation and runbooks.
