Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, software quality engineering, or test automation roles.
- Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining automated testing frameworks for web applications, APIs, and distributed systems.
- Proficiency in developing automated tests for applications built with JavaScript, TypeScript, .NET, Java, or Python.
- Strong experience testing REST APIs, backend services, and data-driven applications.
- Experience working with cloud-native applications and services, preferably within AWS environments.
- Experience validating data quality and testing solutions that utilize relational databases and analytical data platforms such as PostgreSQL or Snowflake.
- Experience implementing automated testing within CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies and software development lifecycle practices.
- Experience leading quality initiatives, influencing engineering practices, and mentoring team members.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the quality engineering strategy for the Client Analytics Platform.
- Establish quality standards, testing methodologies, and best practices across the product team.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship on quality engineering practices, test automation, and release readiness.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automated testing frameworks for modern web applications, APIs, and data-driven platforms.
- Partner with engineering teams to implement automated quality controls within CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native environments.
- Collaborate with teams building reporting, analytics, and data solutions leveraging Snowflake, PostgreSQL, and AWS QuickSight.
- Establish release readiness criteria and quality gates for production deployments.
