Requirements
- Solid professional experience in Java backend development.
- Experience developing and integrating REST and/or GraphQL APIs.
- Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases.
- Experience with cloud computing (AWS), Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Hands-on experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
- Practical experience or familiarity with generative AI tools (Cursor, Claude Opus, Copilot).
- Strong understanding of Clean Code, SOLID principles, Design Patterns, and automated testing.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).
- Advanced English proficiency for technical documentation and international collaboration.
- Strong communication and mentoring skills for technical leadership.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, and evolve backend services and applications using Java.
- Integrate AI agents with existing backend systems, contributing to APIs, logic, and workflows.
- Leverage generative AI tools (Cursor, Claude Opus, Copilot) to accelerate development and improve code quality.
- Contribute to software architecture decisions and system modernization initiatives.
- Perform reverse engineering of legacy systems for new platform development.
- Apply engineering best practices including Clean Code, SOLID principles, and automated testing.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers and participate in technical decision-making.
- Partner with Product, Architecture, and DevOps teams to align solutions with business needs.
