Requirements

  • Solid professional experience developing RPA solutions using Blue Prism.
  • Advanced knowledge of Blue Prism capabilities including Process Studio, Object Studio, Application Modeller, Work Queues, Exception Handling, Retry and Recovery, Credentials, Environment Variables, Schedules, Control Room, and Release Management.
  • Experience automating web applications, desktop applications, Excel, SAP, and legacy systems.
  • Experience integrating automation solutions through APIs, web services, databases, or similar technologies.
  • Ability to create reusable components, objects, functions, and automation frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of RPA development standards, version control, governance, security, and maintainability.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong analytical skills and a critical understanding of business processes.
  • Ability to translate business needs into effective and sustainable technical automation solutions.
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban, preferably with tools such as JIRA.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education in Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities and appropriate strategies for automation.
  • Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain RPA solutions primarily using Blue Prism.
  • Build automation solutions following best practices for architecture, security, performance, reusability, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Create and maintain Blue Prism Business Objects, Processes, Work Queues, Environment Variables, Credentials, and reusable components.
  • Implement structured exception handling, retry mechanisms, logging, recovery processes, and other automation resilience features.
  • Monitor and manage changes throughout development, testing, user acceptance, and production environments, ensuring alignment with requirements.
  • Participate in code reviews and help ensure the technical quality and consistency of delivered solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve automation performance, stability, efficiency, and maintainability.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and investigate root causes to ensure reliable automation performance.
  • Collaborate with business, infrastructure, security, architecture, and other stakeholders throughout the automation lifecycle.
