Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working with data in an analytical, engineering, or business environment.
- Strong working knowledge of SQL.
- Proficiency in Python for data manipulation, scripting, and automation.
- Experience with developing or contributing to complex data models, particularly leveraging DBT.
- Experience working with healthcare or other regulated sensitive data such as banking, fintech, insurance, government, etc.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability and interest in operationalizing new data and AI tools, with a focus on cloud-based platforms.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, healthcare informatics, statistics, or related fields (nice to have).
- Experience with workflow orchestration tools like Airflow, Dagster, or Prefect (nice to have).
- Experience with data warehouses such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift (is a plus).
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain complex data models supporting critical operational and reporting needs.
- Work with internal and external teams to implement data-driven solutions to improve care delivery and business value.
- Develop and implement data quality and integrity standards to ensure accurate and reliable data.
- Conduct data exploration and investigation to identify insights and patterns in healthcare and business systems data.
- Develop and maintain data infrastructure, including data pipelines, databases, and data warehousing solutions.
- Develop, automate, and maintain reports and dashboards that provide clear, actionable insights to stakeholders across the organization.
