3+ years of experience working with data in an analytical, engineering, or business environment.
Strong working knowledge of SQL.
Proficiency in Python for data manipulation, scripting, and automation.
Experience with developing or contributing to complex data models, particularly leveraging DBT.
Experience working with healthcare or other regulated sensitive data such as banking, fintech, insurance, government, etc.
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability and interest in operationalizing new data and AI tools, with a focus on cloud-based platforms.
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, healthcare informatics, statistics, or related fields (nice to have).
Experience with workflow orchestration tools like Airflow, Dagster, or Prefect (nice to have).
Experience with data warehouses such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift (is a plus).

Design, build, and maintain complex data models supporting critical operational and reporting needs.
Work with internal and external teams to implement data-driven solutions to improve care delivery and business value.
Develop and implement data quality and integrity standards to ensure accurate and reliable data.
Conduct data exploration and investigation to identify insights and patterns in healthcare and business systems data.
Develop and maintain data infrastructure, including data pipelines, databases, and data warehousing solutions.
Develop, automate, and maintain reports and dashboards that provide clear, actionable insights to stakeholders across the organization.
