Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Software Testing or Quality Assurance.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a QA Lead, Test Lead, or similar management role.
- Proven experience in leading projects and cross-functional, distributed QA teams.
- Extensive hands-on experience in ETL/ELT and Data Quality testing.
- Strong experience in Data Warehouse, Data Lake, or Lakehouse environments.
- Advanced SQL proficiency for data validation and analysis.
- Deep understanding of data reconciliation, source-to-target mapping, and data lineage.
- Demonstrated ability to define testing strategies, processes, and quality standards.
- Experience with functional, integration, regression, system, and UAT testing.
- Strong background working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent communication skills and experience in stakeholder management.
- Professional proficiency in English (B2 level required).
Responsibilities
- Define and implement testing strategies and plans for new functionality and releases.
- Lead and coordinate QA activities across multiple sprints and project releases.
- Manage team resource allocation, work planning, and set task priorities.
- Facilitate and participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, and Retrospectives.
- Oversee comprehensive testing including functional, integration, system, regression, UAT, and performance testing.
- Define quality gates, KPIs, metrics, and readiness criteria for releases.
- Perform root cause analysis for production incidents and manage defect triage.
- Mentor and support QA team members while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Validate ETL/ELT processes, source-to-target mapping, data reconciliation, and end-to-end data pipelines.
- Develop automated testing frameworks for ETL and data validation processes.
