Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Power BI, Power BI Service, and semantic modeling.
- Advanced SQL skills.
- Practical experience with dbt.
- Experience working with Snowflake or equivalent cloud-based data platforms.
- Deep understanding of data modeling and building BI solutions.
- Experience designing and implementing analytical solutions in production environments.
- Proficiency with Git, code reviews, and CI/CD processes.
- Ability to work with scripts and APIs (Python, PowerShell, or similar).
- Previous experience mentoring and supporting developers.
- Fluent in English.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop end-to-end Business Intelligence solutions using Power BI.
- Build and maintain data models in dbt and Snowflake.
- Create solutions covering the entire data stack, from ingestion to reporting and semantic layers.
- Optimize data models, reports, and analytical processes.
- Provide technical support to the BI team to resolve complex issues.
- Perform code reviews and architecture reviews.
- Mentor team members and promote development best practices.
- Automate development, testing, deployment, and monitoring processes.
- Utilize APIs, CI/CD tools, and AI solutions to support team productivity.
- Collaborate with international Data & Analytics teams to develop shared standards.
