Requirements
- 3+ years in packaging design, brand design, or creative direction with ownership from concept through production.
- Portfolio showing at least 2–3 packaging systems that shipped to retail, covering both structural and graphic work.
- Advanced Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe InDesign for dielines, artwork, and print layout.
- Working knowledge of packaging structures, substrates, print processes, and production specifications.
- Experience designing for consumer electronics, wellness, lifestyle, or consumer packaged goods brands.
- Demonstrated development of brand identities extended across packaging, retail, and marketing touchpoints.
- C1+ English (CEFR) for presenting concepts to client-side stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead packaging systems from concept through production across multiple product categories.
- Build dielines, artwork, and print-ready files that meet vendor and production specifications.
- Review proofs and press checks to confirm structural, material, and print accuracy.
- Translate brand strategy into packaging and structural design solutions.
- Maintain visual systems that stay consistent across packaging, retail, and marketing.
- Art direct product launches, packaging refreshes, and brand campaigns.
- Present concepts and design rationale to internal stakeholders and clients.
- Mentor junior designers on packaging and production standards.
