Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a life science-related field or Registered Nursing certification, or equivalent relevant qualification.
- Minimum 1 year of clinical travel monitoring experience.
- Demonstrated understanding of medical terminology and therapeutic area knowledge.
- Strong working knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines, applicable regulations, and SOPs.
- Ability to travel up to 80%, including frequent overnight stays.
- Must live within 60 miles of a major airport.
- Valid driver's license.
- Strong critical thinking, root cause analysis, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
Responsibilities
- Perform and coordinate all aspects of clinical monitoring and site management.
- Conduct remote or on-site visits to assess protocol and regulatory compliance.
- Manage procedures and guidelines from various sponsors and monitoring environments.
- Ensure trials are conducted in accordance with approved protocols, ICH-GCP guidelines, regulations, and SOPs.
- Ensure audit readiness and develop collaborative relationships with investigational sites.
- Maintain data reliability and guarantee subject rights and well-being.
