- Ability to communicate with customers of different technical and non-technical backgrounds
- Experience building and maintaining a broad variety of UXUI systems, from HUDs and front-end menus to fonts and localization workflows
- Experience leading (direct management, mentoring, or guiding) engineers
- Experience with development using the Unreal Engine
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain production-quality UI systems, workflows, and tools in C++ on Unreal 5 with minimal oversight
- Directly hire, manage and lead engineers working within the UI subdiscipline
- Provide support, technical mentorship, constructive feedback, and career development coaching
- Provide technical guidance in UXUI systems to empower teammates across gameplay disciplines
- Collaborate daily with a cross-disciplinary team to build new player experiences
