Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with strong Python proficiency.
- Demonstrated experience taking ML or LLM-backed systems from prototype to production.
- Hands-on experience with ML pipelines, training/fine-tuning workflows, and model registries.
- Experience building and operating production inference or model-serving infrastructure.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP and container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Solid proficiency in SQL and experience with production data pipelines.
Responsibilities
- Build and own training and post-training pipelines including data preparation, fine-tuning, and experiment tracking.
- Develop inference and serving layers with model gateway routing, caching, and regional pinning.
- Manage the release path for model-layer artifacts including shadow/canary deployments and rollbacks.
- Implement monitoring for model-layer behavioral drift, regression, quality signals, and cost accounting.
- Build data and context pipelines utilizing retrieval and embedding infrastructure.
- Optimize inference cost and latency while ensuring visibility into performance tradeoffs.
- Develop core product features in ETL and GraphQL.
