Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial software development experience.
- Proven ability to take a system from design to production and operate it.
- Strong proficiency in Node.js, PostgreSQL, and AWS.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
- Familiarity with React for full-stack tasks.
- Experience with Docker, Jest, Datadog, and GitHub Actions.
- High agency with a bias toward action and ownership of outcomes.
- Ability to reason in trade-offs and communicate complex ideas in writing.
- Existing experience using AI-powered development tools.
Responsibilities
- Own product surfaces end-to-end including architecture, delivery, and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with product teams from initial concept through production implementation.
- Manage production health, observability, performance, and incident response.
- Decompose complex problems and communicate solutions via clear technical writing.
- Utilize AI-native development tools to increase shipping velocity.
