2 to 5+ years of experience working for a creative agency or similar environment with a design and/or multimedia focus.
Proficiency in Figma (primary tool), Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom).
Strong portfolio showcasing web graphics, custom motion graphics, videos, animation, and digital ads.
Experience creating dynamic business or donor pitches using PowerPoint, Google Slides, or Keynote.
Experience with social media content creation and web design.
Knowledge of print production and digital optimization best practices.
Significant overlap in daily working availability with US East Coast business hours.
Demonstrated commitment to humanitarian aid, global health, or development work.
Ability to work effectively in a remote/online environment.
Familiarity with coordination tools such as Notion, Zulip, Loom, and Linear is a plus.

Design and produce fundraising materials including donor communications, infographics, and social media imagery.
Develop and evolve organizational brand standards and presentation templates.
Create campaign-specific visuals to support donor cultivation and engagement.
Manage and maintain a digital asset library for organization-wide use.
Plan, capture, and edit professional videography and photography to document program impact.
Coordinate with external video and photography providers for field content.
Ensure visual content follows accessibility standards for mobile-first web strategies.
