Requirements
- C2 Level of Japanese proficiency.
- B2 or above proficiency in English.
- Valid teaching certificate such as TEFL/CELTA or related university degree.
- Experience in online teaching and providing 1:1 coaching or personalised learning support.
- Comfortable teaching business-related topics such as presentation skills, negotiations, business email etiquette, meeting management, and multicultural communication.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Access to high-speed internet, a modern laptop/PC, a microphone, and a camera.
Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and teach 45-minute online lessons for corporate clients.
- Deliver private 1:1 lessons that include both language teaching and personalized coaching.
- Conduct needs analyses and assess student levels.
- Create bespoke learning paths and set clear goals.
- Check progress during lesson time.
