Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Multimedia Arts, Film, Digital Media, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in video production, multimedia, or content creation.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Working knowledge of After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva for motion graphics and digital asset creation.
- Experience in video shooting including camera operation, framing, composition, lighting, and audio recording.
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling and current video/content trends.
- Willingness to work on-site and on location and adjust schedules when required for shoots.
Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and maintain video, audio, and lighting equipment for in-studio and on-location shoots.
- Manage the podcast studio to ensure it is fully operational for recording sessions.
- Plan, produce, and edit long-form and short-form video content for podcasts, social media, and digital campaigns.
- Execute post-production including color correction, motion graphics, audio mastering, and captions.
- Design digital assets such as YouTube thumbnails, social media graphics, and promotional posters.
- Organize, label, and securely back up raw footage and project files on company servers.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team and stakeholders to align on campaign narrative flow and project delivery.
