Requirements
- Native fluency in Spanish (Mexico) with a strong ear for colloquial phrasing.
- Proven experience directing, coaching, or producing voice or audio talent.
- Ability to provide clear, actionable performance direction.
- Strong working knowledge of mic technique including proximity, plosives, and noise management.
- Comfortable improvising and adjusting scripted material on the spot.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build quick rapport with diverse talent.
- Familiarity with DAWs or recording software preferred.
- Background in improv, theater direction, or acting coaching preferred.
Responsibilities
- Direct voice performers through scripted scenarios to ensure a natural, conversational delivery.
- Build scene context and improvise dialogue gaps live to keep sessions flowing naturally.
- Adapt scripted wording for natural phrasing and regional authenticity.
- Monitor and correct technical audio quality including mic technique, pacing, and background noise.
- Manage session pacing to meet recording targets while maintaining high performance quality.
- Create a supportive environment for performers, including those with limited prior experience.
