Requirements
- Excellent spoken English (clear, easy to understand).
- Comfortable making outbound calls using a script.
- Ability to follow instructions and scripts while sounding conversational.
- Strong organization and attention to detail.
- Experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or customer service.
- Reliable internet connection, headset, and quiet work environment.
- Ability to work exactly Monday - Thursday, 9am-1pm EST.
Responsibilities
- Call provided client leads (not random cold calling).
- Use a provided script to book appointments.
- Enter call notes and appointment details into our system/CRM.
- Coordinate with the team about appointments set and outcomes.
- Be consistent with attendance and daily performance.
