Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience with an applied track record in AI compliance/governance.
- Demonstrated ability to build production-standard compliance-mapping artifacts.
- Public track record of explaining technical or regulatory work in writing.
- Strong documentation discipline including versioned templates and decision traceability.
- Professional written English proficiency.
- Experience applying real regulatory frameworks to concrete technical cases.
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, MX LFPDPPP-2025, BR LGPD, Bill 2338/2023, or CO CONPES 4144.
Responsibilities
- Build compliance-mapping deliverables personally to production standard.
- Work shoulder-to-shoulder with technical architects to translate regulatory requirements into actionable design constraints.
- Draft and maintain technical or regulatory documentation.
- Manage versioned templates and ensure traceability of every compliance decision.
- Develop instructional content for the program.
