Requirements
- Proven ability to work with cloud-based infrastructure such as AWS, Heroku, and Lambda
- Exposure to automated testing harness and scripting
- Ability to adapt and adjust to highly agile development methodologies
- Working knowledge of event-driven architecture and microservices
- Familiarity with mobile testing and mobile test techniques
- Strong best practice knowledge regarding bug-writing, regression, and test case creation
- Mastery of various test techniques including exploratory, negative, boundary, and data integrity testing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Well-developed problem-solving skills and independent learning ability
- Proficiency in Javascript (node.js) preferred
- Experience with automated testing platforms and BrowserStack preferred
- MacOS experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform manual and automated end-to-end testing
- Execute web and mobile application testing including integration, functional, and regression testing
- Write and maintain comprehensive test cases based on specifications
- Log detailed bugs with clear reproduction steps in issue tracking systems
- Estimate testing efforts and maintain regression test checklists
- Collaborate with development and product teams to troubleshoot and remediate issues
- Deploy feature sets to test environments and provide production release support
