Requirements
- Experience in managing large affiliate programs, preferably in the fintech or crypto space.
- Understanding of the crypto space.
- Business development background is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in working with media, celebrities, key partners, or influencers.
- Fluency in English.
- Proficiency in using in-house tools.
- Ability to collaborate with developers to enhance systems and interfaces.
- Analytical mindset for data analysis.
- Must complete a brief cover letter outlining affiliate program analysis.
- Must complete a complex test challenge following the initial interview.
Responsibilities
- Grow affiliate network by performing cold outreach to YouTubers, media, and influencers.
- Handle negotiations, onboarding, and necessary paperwork.
- Manage key accounts through regular communication, performance analysis, and improvement recommendations.
- Create and execute promotional campaigns with a focus on ROI.
- Build reports using internal data to optimize overall affiliate channel performance.
- Monitor the competitor landscape and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Conduct fraud detection to identify new scam schemes and partner manipulation.
