Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in data analytics or a similar role
- Confident with SQL and experience working with analytical datasets
- Proficiency in Python for data analysis
- Hands-on experience with BI and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau)
- Strong understanding of statistics and analytical thinking in business contexts
- Ability to independently lead analytical topics and collaborate across teams
- Experience working with non-technical stakeholders
- Knowledge of experimentation techniques to validate product or business changes
- Focus on identifying opportunities and solutions that improve user experience and business results
Responsibilities
- Lead analytical topics end to end – from problem definition to actionable recommendations
- Support decision-making through experiments and data validation, including defining hypotheses, success metrics, and interpreting results
- Analyze business performance and user behavior to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
- Build, maintain, and improve dashboards, reports, and analytical models
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand the “why” behind the data and translate ideas into measurable changes
- Help define, monitor, and improve key business and product metrics
- Improve and automate reporting processes where it makes sense
- Ensure data quality and apply statistical thinking in real business contexts
