Requirements
- Experience in validation and correction of data files (date formats, missing fields, blank values).
- Fluent English (B2+/C1 level) for stakeholder communication.
- Advanced knowledge of Workday PRISM.
- Workday HCM certification.
- Strong data analysis background.
- Practical Excel skills.
- Nice to have: Experience with multi-country payroll vendors.
- Nice to have: Ability to work independently without supervision.
- Nice to have: Proficiency in Workday EIB, SQL, and Workday Compensation.
- Nice to have: Experience in SSC/GBS structures.
- Nice to have: HR data migration project experience.
Responsibilities
- Review and verify payroll files provided by vendors for errors blocking Workday PRISM uploads.
- Document recurring error patterns and provide corrective recommendations.
- Correct incorrect date formats and populate missing mandatory fields in source files.
- Ensure adherence to data quality standards defined for the project.
- Detect and remove hidden blank values in data files.
- Prepare data to support cyclic reporting in the PRISM module.
