Requirements
- Practical experience in developing ServiceNow solutions, specifically in the ITSM module.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript with experience in ServiceNow scripting (business rules, client scripts, script includes).
- Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer or Integration Hub.
- Practical knowledge of REST API or SOAP API integrations.
- Knowledge of ITIL/ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Configuration Management).
- Experience working in an agile project environment.
- Very good command of Polish and English (C1 level).
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification (preferred).
- Additional ServiceNow micro-certifications or CIS (CMDB, Service Portal, etc.) (preferred).
- ITIL v4 Foundation certification (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and develop solutions on the ServiceNow platform, focusing on ITSM, CMDB, and Asset Management.
- Create and optimize workflows, business rules, and scripts using JavaScript, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
- Implement integrations with external systems (e.g., Active Directory, SAP) using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and user stories.
- Develop and maintain automated tests using the Automated Test Framework (ATF).
- Participate in agile activities such as planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Conduct code reviews and contribute to technical quality standards.
