Requirements
- Senior / Expert-level experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
- Strong ServiceNow development experience within ITSM.
- Hands-on experience with Domain Separation, Scripted APIs, and Workspaces in ServiceNow.
- Excellent command of English (C1 level).
- Ability to work in international environments and collaborate with diverse teams.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement ITSM solutions on the ServiceNow platform that meet business and operational needs.
- Build and maintain custom configurations, including work with domain separation, scripted APIs and workspaces.
- Improve existing ServiceNow ITSM modules by adding new features and optimising what is already in place.
- Collaborate closely with product owners, architects and other engineers, including stakeholders and teams based in the USA and the UK.
- Support the team in troubleshooting issues in production and staging environments.
