- Strong hands-on experience with Hibernate
- Solid understanding of backend application development and modern software engineering practices
- Experience developing and maintaining scalable backend services
- Good understanding of reactive programming and non-blocking application development
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Ability to work independently and contribute effectively within a development team
