Requirements
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience testing web applications with a focus on root cause analysis.
- Practical experience writing and maintaining UI or API test automation using Playwright or comparable frameworks.
- Ability to read and reason about API contracts, payloads, and status codes.
- Proficiency in querying databases using SQL to verify data integrity.
- Comfort using traffic and API inspection tooling.
- Practical experience with mobile testing, including understanding platform conventions and device/OS coverage.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with Design and Product teams during specification phases.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Polish and English at C2 or native level.
Responsibilities
- Test web applications across frontend and backend layers and mobile applications on iOS and Android.
- Maintain and extend the Playwright automation suite for web applications.
- Verify product behavior at the API and data layer, including direct database queries.
- Pressure-test specifications with Product, Design, and Engineering teams prior to development.
- Debug issues to identify root causes and provide actionable reports for developers.
- Support business stakeholders by triaging customer issues and maintaining test documentation.
- Integrate AI tools to optimize testing workflows and improve quality assurance processes.
