- Comfortable delivering both individual and group sessions in a virtual environment.
- Reliable and fast internet connection suitable for high-quality online teaching.
- Access to a laptop or desktop computer, webcam, and headset.
- Strong digital skills and confidence using online learning platforms and virtual teaching tools.
Responsibilities
- Deliver dynamic, engaging, and effective Portuguese language sessions to learners from different countries and backgrounds.
- Facilitate both one-to-one and group virtual classes according to learner needs and program requirements.
- Design personalized learning programs that align with individual objectives, proficiency levels, and development goals.
- Provide clear, constructive written feedback following each learning session.
- Monitor learner progress through the virtual learning platform and provide guidance to help students achieve their language goals.
- Adapt teaching methods, materials, and activities to maintain engagement and support different learning styles.
- Act as a motivator and personal mentor throughout the learner's virtual language-learning journey.
- Communicate professionally and efficiently with internal teams regarding learner progress, scheduling, and other training-related matters.
- Contribute to a collaborative international teaching community and continuously develop online teaching practices.
