Requirements

  • Must hold a valid Massachusetts license: LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, MHC, or LMFT
  • Experience in behavioral health therapy
  • Ability to work in a hybrid capacity including telehealth
  • Clinical competence for child or adult patient populations
  • Commitment to full-time or part-time clinical practice

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical therapy services to child or adult populations
  • Maintain a flexible, hybrid schedule involving both office and home-based telehealth
  • Participate in weekly case consultations with the clinical team
  • Engage in professional development through provided continuing education credits
  • Manage clinical caseload autonomously
