Requirements
- Active Florida LMHC, LMFT, or LCSW license in good standing
- Master's degree in a relevant behavioral health field appropriate for licensure
- Full clinical licensure (temporary, associate, intern, or probationary licenses not accepted)
- Ability to work independently while meeting clinical quality and documentation expectations
- Experience providing counseling services in outpatient, telehealth, private practice, or community settings is helpful
Responsibilities
- Provide individual psychotherapy through a secure telehealth platform
- Conduct clinical assessments and identify appropriate treatment priorities
- Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans
- Apply evidence-informed interventions based on client presentation and clinical need
- Monitor treatment progress and modify interventions when clinically appropriate
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Identify when referrals, additional services, or a higher level of care may be required
- Maintain compliance with confidentiality requirements, professional ethics, and applicable clinical standards
