Requirements
- Active Oklahoma Licensed Mental Health Therapist credential (LMFT, LCSW, or LPC)
- Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or related field
- Clinical experience in outpatient or telehealth settings
- Ability to manage a full-time remote caseload
Responsibilities
- Provide scheduled individual therapy sessions through secure telehealth platforms
- Complete intake assessments and diagnostic evaluations
- Establish and update individualized treatment plans
- Use evidence-based therapeutic approaches based on client needs
- Monitor clinical progress and make appropriate adjustments to care
- Maintain accurate and timely progress notes and clinical records
- Participate in clinical consultation when needed
- Follow Oklahoma licensing requirements, confidentiality standards, and professional ethics
