Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with LATAM labour laws (Honduras/Argentina experience required; Mexico is a plus).
- 4+ years of employee relations experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience working in a fast-paced organization, preferably in tech or BPO.
- Internet speed of at least 15 Mb/s download/upload with latency <120 ms.
- Hardware: Minimum 8 GB RAM, Windows 11 or macOS 13.0+, and processor with CPU Mark of at least 7368.
- Smartphone capable of two-factor authentication (Android 10.0+ or iOS 16.0+).
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between employees and the organization within the respective region.
- Provide guidance on employment laws, regulations, and People policies to HR Business Partners, managers, and employees.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners on the effects of business changes in the region.
- Conduct investigations into complex employee relations issues while maintaining confidentiality.
- Support transactional activities throughout the employee lifecycle including onboarding and offboarding.
- Develop and deliver training sessions to managers on People compliance topics and employee relations.
- Monitor and analyze employee relations metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement.
