- Proven experience working with internal teams and stakeholders.
- Experience dealing with external customers.
- Demonstrated ability to be open to feedback and learning.
- Strong collaboration skills and self-motivation.
- Commitment to company values (HEART).
- Must be able to attend regional HubSpot office for in-person onboarding.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with sales reps, partners, customers, and internal stakeholders.
- Gain deep knowledge of HubSpot products to propose effective solutions.
- Understand customer challenges to deliver technical value aligned with business goals.
- Participate in and direct projects relevant to PreSales, sales, and the wider business.
- Coach and mentor less experienced team members.
