Requirements
- 7+ years of ServiceNow development experience within an ITSM environment
- 3 years of experience in prompt engineering, Now Assist, and agentic AI
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, modules, and platform capabilities
- Extensive experience designing forms, UI policies, client scripts, workflows, business rules, integrations, and custom applications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and debugging skills
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- High school diploma required; AA or Bachelor’s degree preferred
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain forms, flows, catalog items, and integrations
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, process owners, and platform engineers to define requirements
- Support Agile ceremonies and uphold quality assurance throughout the lifecycle
- Adhere to and enforce ServiceNow and OneGDIT best practices
- Support platform upgrades, patching, and deployments
- Participate in Agile software development efforts including standups, planning, grooming, and estimation
