- Strong written communication skills for concise action descriptions.
- Ability to learn and work with video-based annotation software.
- Ability to work independently while following detailed procedural guidelines.
- Maintain consistency over repetitive, high-volume tasks.
- Reliable internet connection.
- Access to a computer with a modern web browser.
- Basic computer literacy including file handling and spreadsheet use.
Responsibilities
- Watch assigned videos to understand task context and overall activity.
- Segment videos into discrete, logical steps based on action boundaries.
- Write clear, concise, and grammatically correct descriptions for each video segment.
- Assign accurate start and end timestamps for each identified action.
- Follow provided annotation guidelines, taxonomies, and style guides.
- Flag unsuitable or unclear video content.
- Participate in calibration sessions and apply feedback to improve work quality.
- Meet set daily and weekly productivity and accuracy targets.
