Requirements
- Fluent German language skills (mandatory).
- Fluent English language skills.
- Residency in an EU member state (Hungary or Slovakia preferred).
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst.
- Experience with business process/workflow automation projects.
- Understanding and knowledge of Low-Code/No-Code environments.
- Experience with the Appian platform (highly preferred).
- Strong analytical skills to document and plan complex process migrations.
- Proactive, structured, and independent working style.
Responsibilities
- Identify, map, and transfer existing business processes to the Appian platform.
- Design and support workflow automation using Low-Code/No-Code environments.
- Migrate and improve existing in-house developed solutions.
- Collect, structure, and create detailed business and process requirement documentation.
