Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in financial services.
- Demonstrated success delivering projects requiring coordination across multiple departments.
- Experience writing technical requirements for Engineering.
- Experience supporting or leading the implementation of decision engines or technical platforms.
- Strong ability to prioritize projects with disparate goals.
- Proven ability to pitch ideas to department heads using data and strategy.
- Strong analytical skills for determining project impact.
- Expertise in at least one of: Risk, Marketing, or Software Engineering.
- Hands-on fluency with AI tools in day-to-day workflows.
Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize strategic projects in partnership with Risk, Engineering, Marketing, Compliance, Bank Partnerships, and Legal.
- Translate and clarify technical requirements for development readiness.
- Use data to evaluate project impact and guide decision-making at the department level.
- Act as the primary point of understanding for how products function across Risk, Marketing, Engineering, Compliance, and Call Center teams.
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery through implementation and optimization.
- Drive experimentation through A/B testing to improve conversion, funding, and portfolio performance.
- Identify and prioritize AI/ML opportunities across the lending lifecycle and manage delivery from concept to impact.
