Requirements
- Minimum 4 years' experience in a relevant design role.
- Strong conceptual visual design skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Broad knowledge of eLearning authoring and design tools.
- Experience creating visual concepts, storyboards and production-ready assets.
- Experience with AI image generation and creative AI tools.
- Ability to mentor and support other designers.
- Degree in design or equivalent professional experience.
- eLearning or digital learning experience.
- Working knowledge of eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Storyline, Rise, Lectora, Elucidat).
- Experience supporting client-facing concept development.
- Experience working with global teams or external vendors.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and create storyboards and sample layouts using Adobe and print software.
- Develop dynamic project materials that align with brand standards and client expectations.
- Apply advanced design and AI tools to create accessible, production-ready learning experiences.
- Collaborate with Learning Directors, Managers, and Designers to produce visual content.
- Manage time effectively to balance concurrent products and schedules.
- Identify and resolve design issues to minimize project risks and defects.
- Catalog concepts and assets to support future reuse.
- Mentor other designers and contribute to continuous improvement of creative processes.
