Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of environmental consulting experience, with at least 5 years leading business development and project delivery for federal clients.
- Proven success winning and delivering environmental work for DOD, DOI, EPA, or other federal agencies.
- Advanced knowledge of CERCLA and RCRA processes, including PA/SI, RI/FS, RD/RA, RFI, CMS, and CMI.
- Established professional network with federal program managers, contracting organizations, and industry partners.
- Demonstrated experience building and managing strategic teaming relationships.
- Proven track record in capture strategy, proposal development, and winning federal environmental contracts.
- Demonstrated project management experience managing scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk.
- Experience leading programs involving multi-million-dollar annual workloads.
- Experience with MATOC/SATOC capture and task-order pursuits.
- Active professional credential such as PE, PG, CHMM, or PMP.
- Bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering, geology, environmental science, or related discipline.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Responsibilities
- Leverage and expand established relationships with DOD and DOI federal clients to identify and pursue new opportunities.
- Lead capture strategy and contribute to proposals, teaming, and presentations for MATOC/SATOC and task-order procurements.
- Develop strategic partnerships with prime contractors, teaming partners, and small businesses.
- Develop and execute account/market strategies to drive sales, backlog, and revenue growth for the Federal Environmental Practice.
- Provide technical direction for CERCLA and RCRA investigation, remediation, and compliance programs.
- Maintain accountability for scope, schedule, budget, quality, and project profitability.
- Serve as a senior advisor to federal clients, regulators, and project stakeholders.
- Mentor and develop staff engineers, geologists, scientists, and project managers.
