Requirements
- Strong architectural thinking focusing on components, ownership boundaries, and reusability.
- Experience building agentic systems and automation independently.
- Hands-on experience processing large-scale data (millions of records).
- Backgrounds in ad tech, high-load financial systems, cybersecurity/anomaly detection, or data engineering.
- Strong instinct for reliability and handling edge cases without silent failures.
- Experience validating results with control groups.
- Research-minded approach capable of running clean experiments and defending results.
- Proficiency across backend development, SQL, reporting, and operations.
Responsibilities
- Design and build agentic systems and automation from scratch, including automated evaluation loops.
- Own large-scale data pipelines including high record volumes, control groups, and statistical validation.
- Implement workflow orchestration to ensure reliability under high load.
- Perform hands-on technical work including SQL, custom reports, and production fixes.
- Act as a technical counterpart for architecture and design reviews.
