- Must live within a commutable distance to Swedesboro, NJ
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to acquire a New Jersey Pharmacy Technician License
- Previous experience in a call center or high-volume call environment
- Experience in data entry and multitasking
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
- Proficiency with computer systems including Office and Internet
- Strong math skills
- Effective and persuasive communication skills
- Ability to work uninterrupted with 90% of the day dedicated to customer interaction
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, SMS, and chat
- Navigate patient and prescriber profiles across multiple systems
- Enter prescription data accurately
- Manage high-volume call traffic of over 60 calls per day
- Collaborate with team members across pharmacy and fulfillment facilities
