Requirements
- Degree completed or currently being pursued from the 4th semester onward in Systems Analysis, Computer Science, Informatics, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of professional experience as a Test Analyst or in a comparable software quality role.
- Practical experience with functional and non-functional software testing.
- Experience using test and defect management tools.
- Experience developing scripts for automated software testing, with the ability to create and maintain automation suites.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and/or SAFe.
- Familiarity with Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).
- Experience working with relational databases.
- Knowledge of SQL and/or database scripting languages such as T-SQL or PL/pgSQL.
- Experience with Git for source-code control and versioning.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and execute functional and non-functional tests for software releases.
- Create and execute manual and automated test scenarios for web applications and APIs.
- Develop and maintain progressive and regression test plans to validate new versions and protect existing functionality.
- Document bugs and test cases clearly, providing the information required for effective investigation and resolution.
- Monitor and communicate project progress, delivery risks, quality issues, and potential impacts to stakeholders.
- Work closely with software developers to identify opportunities for improving testing and development processes.
- Use test management, defect tracking, version control, and automation tools to support consistent quality practices.
