Requirements
- 3+ years of professional QA experience testing web frontends and backend APIs.
- Proficiency with test automation tools such as Playwright or Cypress.
- Comfortable working within a JavaScript, NodeJS, and ReactJS codebase.
- Familiarity with API testing tools like Postman and SQL for database checks.
- In-depth knowledge of WCAG 2.1 and 2.2 AA+ accessibility guidelines.
- Experience defining and implementing QA processes from scratch.
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
- Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated content and outputs.
- University degree or diploma in CS, IT, Engineering, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test strategies and test cases for platform and customer implementations.
- Perform functional, regression, usability, cross-browser, and integration testing for websites, web apps, and APIs.
- Write and maintain automated test scripts using JavaScript or TypeScript with tools like Playwright or Cypress.
- Define criteria for correct output in AI content-migration pipelines and validate AI-generated records.
- Verify web accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2 AA) for customer projects and the internal platform.
- Identify, log, and track defects using Jira in collaboration with the design and development team.
