Requirements
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer in a startup or fast-paced product environment.
- Strong experience with Python and/or Node.js.
- Strong experience with modern JavaScript frameworks like React.
- Experience with AWS services, especially serverless tools like Lambda, API Gateway, and DynamoDB.
- Platform mindset focused on internal developer experience and self-service tooling.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams with Engineers, Designers, and Product Managers.
Responsibilities
- Develop full-stack tooling and internal platforms across modern front-end frameworks and serverless back-end systems, built for adoption by other engineers.
- Design golden paths: build tools and standards good enough that teams choose to use them - influence, not mandate.
- Work on CI/CD, observability, QA infrastructure, and automation that removes friction across the whole engineering org.
- Partner with DevOps, TechOps, and QA colleagues, plus the wider engineering org whose feedback shapes the roadmap.
- Write clean, well-tested code, contribute to code reviews, and help improve team practices and documentation.
