Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Android development with Kotlin.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Jetpack Compose as the primary UI technology.
- Advanced knowledge of Compose, including custom components, recomposition control, and performance profiling.
- Experience building or maintaining SDKs/libraries for external host applications.
- Deep understanding of lifecycle management and state handling.
- Proficiency with Coroutines, Flow, MVVM/Clean Architecture, and Hilt/Dagger.
- Experience with Gradle at the library build level.
- Knowledge of mobile security best practices (OWASP MASVS, secure storage, R8 obfuscation).
- Experience writing comprehensive unit, integration, and UI tests.
- Strong analytical skills for architectural decision-making and specification analysis.
- Ability to design platform-neutral abstractions in collaboration with iOS developers.
- C1 Polish and B2 English proficiency.
- Polish tax residency.
Responsibilities
- Design the SDK architecture with a server-driven UI engine.
- Define technical solutions and lead direct technical discussions with clients.
- Own the full implementation lifecycle from specification to deployment.
- Ensure compatibility and stability when building SDKs for host applications.
- Translate complex business requirements into robust component-based architectures.
- Collaborate with iOS teams to develop platform-agnostic abstractions.
