Job Details

Several years of commercial QA experience at a senior level.
Proven experience as a QA Lead/Test Manager or coordinating a QA team.
Experience working on large, complex banking or financial sector projects.
Proficiency in test automation using Maestro and extensive manual testing experience.
Knowledge of frontend technologies (React Native / React) for mobile and web application verification.
Advanced proficiency in functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end (E2E) testing.
Strong skills in planning, risk management, and building KPI-driven quality reports/dashboards.
Experience analyzing requirements and translating them into test scenarios.
Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
Very good command of English (written and spoken) for daily client communication.
Full-time availability for a contract of approximately 9 months.
Readiness for a short (approx. 1 week) onboarding trip to the client's office in Dubai.

Lead and coordinate all QA and testing activities for the banking program.
Act as the primary point of contact for quality-related matters between the team and the client.
Plan and oversee testing activities, including defect registration, prioritization, and triage.
Build and maintain a corporate QA dashboard tracking KPIs, defect trends, progress, risks, and release status.
Create regular quality reports and provide recommendations to management.
Analyze business and technical requirements to develop test scenarios and cases (functional, integration, regression, and E2E).
Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, Product Owners, and architects.
