Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role (DevOps, SysOps, or Linux Administrator) within complex, distributed infrastructures.
- Proven experience leading a team of engineers (setting technical direction, mentoring team members, taking ownership of key decisions).
- Proficiency in Linux, particularly Rocky Linux, and comfort with Docker.
- Fluent in Kubernetes and Helm, with practical experience working with FluxCD.
- Experience with infrastructure monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix, Grafana, QuestDB, Prometheus).
- Proficient in configuration management and automation (Ansible, Terraform) and automated deployments (GitLab CI).
- Familiarity with MariaDB administration and NGINX, plus ability to support applications written in PHP, Node.js, and/or Python.
- Knowledge of at least one scripting language (e.g., Bash, Perl, Python, or Go).
- 2+ years of experience working with cloud platforms such as DigitalOcean, AWS, and/or GCP.
- Polish at a C1 level (fluent) and English at a B2 level (good written and verbal communication).
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with software development teams and support their releases, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
- Design and implement automated infrastructure.
- Maintain existing cloud infrastructure and VMs.
- Monitor the environment, analyse, and solve problems if required.
- Utilise understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle to proactively optimise and automate infrastructure and processes.
- Lead a team of engineers, set technical direction, and mentor team members.
