Requirements
- Expert-level proficiency in Hmong grammar, syntax, morphology, phonology, semantics, and pragmatics.
- Bachelor's degree in Hmong language, linguistics, or a closely related field preferred.
- Prior experience with teaching, peer-reviewed publications, or linguistic analysis projects is a plus.
- Strong metacognitive communication skills with the ability to explain reasoning clearly.
- Must provide a secure computer and high-speed internet connection.
- Must reside in Vietnam.
Responsibilities
- Converse with the AI model on various language scenarios.
- Verify the factual accuracy and logical soundness of model outputs.
- Capture and document reproducible error traces for model debugging.
- Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.
- Challenge models on complex linguistic topics such as verb conjugation and word order.
