Requirements
- Must be ABC Certified Orthotist.
- Experience with advanced orthotic technology and complex fittings.
- Willingness to travel 60–75% domestically with occasional international travel.
- Confident presenting and delivering professional trainings.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual meeting platforms.
- Ability to sit for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must be currently located in Eastern Region of U.S.
Responsibilities
- Educate patients and clinicians on clinical application of orthotic products and fitting techniques via virtual and onsite sessions.
- Develop technical knowledge of the orthotic portfolio to assist customers with product troubleshooting.
- Manage complex patient fittings and provide support through strategic onsite and virtual visits.
- Collaborate with the Education Team to develop and deliver webinars, clinical seminars, and technical workshops.
- Train internal Territory Sales Managers on product features and sales strategies.
- Serve as a clinical liaison between customers and internal departments including Marketing, Sales, and Product Management.
- Provide technical expertise to the Reimbursement, Technical Support, and Customer Service departments.
- Create technical and clinical resources and documentation for internal and external use.
