Requirements
- Proven experience leading product and/or engineering at a highly technical company (CTO, CPO, VP Engineering or similar).
- Experience managing an organization of 25+ people or larger.
- Hands-on depth in web scraping, proxies, or closely adjacent infrastructure.
- Track record of shaping AI-powered product capabilities and implementing AI-native team workflows.
- Strong background owning both product vision and technical architecture.
- Experience operating at the board level with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work hands-on with code and infrastructure when necessary.
- Bonus: Experience integrating product lines after a merger or acquisition.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end product and technology strategy across scraping infrastructure, proxy networks, and structured data API products.
- Lead, scale, and develop a 25+ person product and engineering organisation spanning multiple countries.
- Set technical architecture direction for high-scale, high-reliability infrastructure, proxy management, and anti-bot evasion systems.
- Drive AI and modern ML tooling into product capabilities and engineering team workflows.
- Define and execute a unified product roadmap for merged ScraperAPI and Traject Data lines.
- Represent product and technology to the board and collaborate with commercial leadership to align business strategy.
